TechArt Noselift System for Porsche Boxster and Cayman

This time TechArt is not offering power upgrade or chassis tuning, they’ve come up with something to make your life easier.

It’s a Noselift System for Porsche Boxster and Cayman which at the push of a button adds 60 mm of additional ground clearance at the front spoiler, making it easier going over humps and ramps.

This package also promises the highest technical reliability, a trouble-free back fitting and a TÜV certification.

Besides the perfect integration of the Noselift button in the vehicle – in the roof console at the Boxster and in the center console at the Cayman – EMC-safe electronic control units, vehicle-specific wiring harnesses as well as high-performance test procedures are part of the premium development process.

RUF Porsche Cayenne Diesel

RUF is usually interested in high powered super sport models, but as a classic Porsche tuner they had to come up with something for the Cayenne Diesel.

And here it is, a proper upgrade package that increases the power from 240 hp (176 kW), to 288 hp (212 kW) and 428 lb-ft (580 Nm) of torque.

That’s done with some modificaitons in electronics, but if you want more you should go for the stage two which offers 310 hp (228 kW) and 465 lb-ft (630 Nm).

The first one costs 3,850 euros, while the more powerful package is priced at 7,300 euros.

JMS Audi A5

German tuner JMS has a new kit for the Audi A5 Cabriolet.

Available for A5 S-line Convertible, Coupe and Sportback models, it includes a new front spoiler, side skirts and a new rear apron. But if you want to make it more complete, they can provide more parts.

You may also get a 4-pipe exhaust system with oval tailpipes from Senner for 1090 euros, KW coilover suspension Var. 2 Inox for 1319 euros, and VARA T1 rims in size 9×20 front / rear 10,5 x20, with tires 245/30 20 and 295/25 20 for 5500 euros.

Those small changes to the body made the A5 to look a whole lot better.

It might look better than an M5, but it’s certainly not as powerful. Engine upgrades for the straight six and the V8 can currently offer only 380 hp and 407 hp respectively.

Audi S5 by APS Sportec

If you thing your Audi S5 powered by the 30. liter V6 engine is a bit weak, set aside £1950 and call APS of Brackley, the UK branch of Swiss Sportec.

They can provide you with an extra 97 bhp 520 Nm (379 lb.ft) of torque. But if you think that will play havoc with the performance, you’re wrong!

The extra 100 hp enhances the in-gear acceleration nicely, but if you are that kinda person who cares about 0 to 60 time, then you shouldn’t expect much as it’s enhanced by just half a second. And the top speed is till limited to 155 mph.
