Hennessey Jeep Cherokee SRT8

Hennessey Performance has just rewrote the rulebook on how to make a super-fast SUV.

Their Jeep Cherokee SRT8 does 0 to 60 mph in 3.1 seconds. That is supercar pace. That speed is the result of a twin-turbo system installed on the HEMI V8 engine, which is upped from 6.4 to 7.0 liter, and therefore makes 805 bhp and 823 lb-ft of torque.

Other changes include uprated gearbox, lowered suspension, light alloys, and Brembo brake discs. A caron fiber splitter and some interior tweaks are also provided. After all, it costs a whopping $235,000. You would expect some luxury, wouldn’t ya!

Kahn’s latest package for Jeep Wrangler is a military one.

Well, it’s called military edition anyway and features a cool new metallic grey paint job which is also to be found on the 20-inch RS wheels that are Kahn’s signature.

The body of the Wrangler is also tweaked with quad exhaust tips, LED lights, modded bumpers and new side steps. The interior gets new red leather, a new Kahn Design speedometer and a set of  aluminum pedals.

As for the price, it’s £35,875.

Bulgarian company Vilner started put business as an interior specialist. But as the business grew and they gained fame, they decided to become a fully fledged tuner.

Their latest project is a Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8 which they have tweaked nicely. The main focus of course, is on the interior.

The cabin is a mix of black leather and red suede. In fact you get red suede all around you on the floor, pillars, and the roof, and then everything in between is finished in black. It is a nice design! The car also gets a rear seat entertainment system.

In order to prove they are more than just fabric experts, they have provided custom wheels and tuned the engine as well, using Hennessey parts, up to 600 hp. It’s just a pity it’s the old Cherokee not the new one.

Besides the awesome wheels, this car also benefits from a complete leather package for the interior. Of course customers can further customize and equip their car based on their needs.

Yes, we too were in a bit of a surprise when we first heard about Kahn’s Wrangler!

Apparently they have started a new trend of tweaking less glamorous cars than they usually do. This Wrangler is the start and before they come up with a full package for it, it just get a set of RS wheels to compensate.

The Wrangler gets 9×20-inch rims which can be had in either silver or black finish, wrapped in 275/55 tires. They really do give a nicer look to the car. We are just worried those rims might cost more than the car itself!

Jeep Grand Cherokee by STARTECH

German tuner STARTECH has come up with a complete package for the Jeep Grand Cherokee, which is relevant because no body actually buys this car in its stock form so maybe this upgrade helps it a bit!

STARTECH body kit for the Jeep includes a front spoiler and LED lights integrated into the bumper and a modified rear apron with new chrome tailpipes from the car’s sport exhaust system. Add to that new STARTECH rocker panels and that’s about it!

The Grand Cherokee is powered by a 3.0 liter common-rail turbo-diesel engine which STARTECH has fiddled with so it now gives 262 hp and 580 nm of torque. that’s the coolest thing about diesel engines, while they’re low on HP they have excellent torque power.

STARTECH Cherokee is fitted with the tuner’s 22-inch wheels which have 265/35 tires at front and 295/30 at the back. They are literally the best part of this car! They have also tweaked the suspension for better handling so it’s lower than the standard, and that makes the wheels to look better.

Jeep’s cabin is improved as well using aluminum parts and pedals, plus new dials and better upholstery. There is also a wide range of accessories for the car, after all STARTECH is a specialist!
