Renault Clio RS by MR Car Design
Since the Clio RS was introduced as the new hot hatch Renault, it’s been under criticism for not being exciting enough. Some even called it boring.
Now MR Car Design takes matter into its own hand, trying to liven things up a bit for the little French car. Unfortunately though, they haven’t put their back into it!

The engine is tuned, but only lightly using some software optimization and an Akrapovic exhaust system, and it only makes 220 hp. Not Enough.
And as for the looks, all they have to offer is some smoked lights, tinted windows and a set of black 18-inch wheels with 225/35 tires. Oh, there’s some pointless graphics on the sides as well.

RS Tuning Renault Megane 250
UK based performance specialist RS Tuning announced its stage 2 tuning package for the 2.0-litre, turbocharged Renaultsport Megane 250 hot hatch.
RS Tuning’s Stage 2 package consists of an alloy Forge Motorsport high flow intercooler, a choice of sports catalyst or cat bypass pipe, a Milltek stainless steel performance exhaust system and a specially developed RS Tuning ECU remap for the 250’s F4Rt engine.

The results of RS Tuning’s enhancement work on the 250 bhp Renaultsport RS250 are stunning, with peak power being boosted by a substantial 70 bhp to a dyno proven maximum of 320 bhp at 5500 rpm.
The cost of this professional package is £2199.00 fitted including VAT, but given the results, we’d say it’s worth it!

Renault Megane 250 by Superchips
UK tuner Superchips who specializes in engine electronics released a package for the Renaultsport Megane 250 that adds an extra 49 bhp and 66 Nm of torque.
That is a huge gain for some ECU refinements! The total output of the Renault’s engine is now 302 bhp and 370 nm of torque. The extra power results in an even faster performance and smoother driving experience.

The good news is that despite all the benefits of the kit performance-wise, the 33 mpg fuel consumption of the car remains unchanged.
Superchips has priced the kit 455 Pounds and offers a 12 month warranty for it.
