Chevrolet Camaro SS by Hendrick Motorsports

Since there are too many tuned Camaros around, every tuner tries to come up with something a little bit different to stand in the crowd! Hendrick Motorsports has put a Corvette ZR1 style hood on their Camaro, and it looks cool.

Made in collaboration with Callaway, this Camaro is prepared for the 2009 SEMA show and features both visual and mechanical enhancements.

The V8 engine in the Camaro SS has been given a big boost by using a Honker air intake system, performance cat-back exhaust system, Eaton TVS series supercharger and injector cover set. These modification result in a cool 581 hp delivered to the rear wheels via a quick-shift gearbox.

And to keep this beast under control, the tuner has upgraded the chassis via Eibach/Callaway front and rear coil springs, anti-roll bars, and shock absorbers and has put 20-inch wheels under it.
