Ferrari Scuderia 747 by Novitec Rosso

Ferrari specialist Novitec Rosso has just introduced their own version of the Ferrari 430 Scuderia, and their car is one hell of a lot stronger than the original version!

It’s called the Edizione 747 and as you might have already guessed, 747 is the number horsepowers this car sports. Mind you the standard 430 Scuderia has only 510 hp. Apparently, this huge bump of power is a result of adding to big turbochargers on the car’s high-revving V8 engine.

This huge power increment translates directly into mind-blowing performance: 0-100 km/h (0-62 mph) is met in 3.4 seconds, 0-300 km/h (186 mph) takes only 22.9 seconds and the top speed is increased to 351 km/h (218 mph)!

It’s amazing that despite the extra power, they didn’t have to fiddle with the car’s aerodynamics much. This actually shows how great is the 430’s design. However, some adjustments were necessary in order to keep the car behaving as it should when you bring more than 200 new horses to play!

So Novitec has fitted the car with sport springs, lowering the car by 30 mm. This system is also equipped with hydraulics so you can raise the height in order to pass speed bumps without damaging the car’s nose!

Novitec has also changed the car’s paintjob into a unique livery to distinguish it from the ordinary Scuderias. And for the interior, obviously, you get even more carbon fiber!
