G Power BMW M5 Hurricane RR

If you are familiar with G Power and their super special Hurricane BMW M5s, you are now expecting us to say they have set a new speed record. Well, yes they have!

The previous 750 hp Hurricane RS which has done 67,4 km/h has been turned into the 800 hp Hurricane RR, and it managed to do 372,1 km/h. So it holds on to its title as the world’s fastest four-door sedan.

The power behind this astonishing record is supplied from a deeply modified V10 engine sporting two ASA T1-316 superchargers which are bigger and better than old models. So it churns out 800 hp / 588 kW, available between 7,500 and 8,000 rpm and peak of torque of 800 Nm at 5,000 rpm.

For the sake of the record, G Power has out Michelin high-performance Pilot Sport tires in the dimensions 255/35 ZR 19 at the front axle and 305/30 ZR 19 at the rear axle under this car. Road-going versions use 20-inch wheels.
